"Location and view is fantastic! Minutes from major transportation and popular sightseeing locations. Housekeeping and facilities could be better, swimming pool has to be booked in advance and only available for 30 minutes per booking, housekeeping doesn’t refill coffee/tea or empty tissue box, they only clean and replaced the towels. Breakfast buffet is another disappointment, options are limited for the premium price tag."

"An excellent stay to celebrate a special occasion. Staff were incredible, attentive, polite and we were given an upgrade to our room on arrival. We did not eat breakfast at the property as it was not included in our room booking however we did make use of the hotels many restaurants - which were amazing! So much choice and excellent food. Great location for exploring the area of Westminster and the hotels courtyard is breathtaking."

"It was a fab hotel, the staff were ok with us but we did see other guests having a better experience so it may just have been very busy when we were trying to get served. It was clean and well maintained.. I would go back"
