"The staff was excellent and knowledgeable. Especially the front desk employee Mina. My first night she wrote down a mini itinerary of surrounding Incheon cities to visit as well as a few major sights to see in Seoul. She really made my stay in Korea memorable with those recommendations. The other front desk employees were just as helpful. Everyone speaking a decent amount of English and were quick in checking everyone into hotel. The cleaning staff were also attentive. There was a 24 hour store for everyday needs including food, drinks, and personal care items. The only complaint I have were the thin walls. You can hear the next door neighbors and when they are coming or going. They offer earplugs as well for airport traffic arriving or departing Terminal 2. Overall a nice place to stay. Will consider this hotel for future stays in Korea. "

"Excellent hotel to stay in if you have a morning flight from Incheon. Lovely chap on reception on arrival- really charming and welcoming. Bus shuttle run by the hotel every half hour to the airport ( different buses for each terminal) Large spacious room, super comfy beds, amazingly hot and powerful shower."

"It was inconveniently located near Central Park and the train station. Windows and glass wall bathroom enclosure needs to be cleaned better. Lots of windows were cleaned to a certain height and the rest was pretty dirty in the breakfast restaurant. Our bathroom glass wall enclosure had water streaks or stains on the bottom half behind the bath tub, but very visible from the bedroom side as it is the wall of the bathroom. "

"Hotel was great, we ate in the restaurant and it was great! There were also microwaves we used to heat up our food. Location was okay, not very convenient but we took a taxi to the airport train station. Value for money was good, would recommend if you have a short stay."

"The hotel is extremely conveniently located such that it’s just 1 metro to the hotel from INC and Gimpo airport is just across the street. It touches wall with the Lotte City mall. We had a long layover and ended up booking this hotel. No complains. Excellent service, view, great breakfast and comfortable rooms."
