"Beautiful property and rooms"

"I stayed at Lotte City Hotel for 13 days (5/14 - 5/27). I had a surgery and needs quite and convenient place to recovery. I have a very good view from my room window and the place is very quiet. The housekeeping crew did a very good job as well. I also enjoyed the Mall, it has all kinds of restaurants, coffee and bakery shops and stores. I will stay in Lotte when I come back in Ocober, 2024"

"Air conditioning worked well. There's only a overpriced breakfast buffet, and only 1 American overpriced roomservice breakfast option. There was mold in the shower caulking."

"Great option for layovers or just want to be near the airport. The hotel offers free shuttle services to and from the airport. The hotel also has a laundry room and fitness center as well as a convenience store. Staff were super friendly and provided excellent customer service throughout my stay."

"Free shuttle to / from the airport (need to make a reservation)! Breakfast buffet was very good for the price I paid. I would definitely stay again if I had to stay overnight in Incheon. "
