"This is an exceptional hotel. We spent a night here in transit to our international flight with the family. The kids and parents enjoyed the pool that evening (be sure to bring swim caps). The restaurant was excellent with a variety of offerings. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. The shuttle was a roomy bus with luggage stowage so that the transfer to Incheon was comfortable for our big family group (and free). But best of all was the staff! I cannot say enough about how lovely and helpful the staff was and the hotel was well-staffed which allowed them to give everyone excellent service. All in all a great airport hotel."
