The surrounding area had restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and it was conveniently located for accessing the downtown area. "The lobby is on the 18th floor so already the view is amazing. Staff that helped me were very friendly. I enjoyed the spa and used the laundry machine. Clothes needed extra drying time but be careful because the dryer is in 30 minute intervals so don't try to do it last minute. 7-11 across the street with eateries nearby. Nagoya station is about a 10 minute walk and there are underground walkways to the station if it is raining or too hot outside."
