The service was so friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. Even though it was pouring rain outside, we felt warm and cozy inside your restaurant. It was a really special evening for us. Can't wait to come back again soon!

The room was very nice. We were under the impression that there would be a common pool as Expedia listed pool under “things to do”. If you are looking for a pool you have to upgrade your room to the suites with a private pool. When figuring out what else to do since we couldn’t access the pool, one of the staff, I believe the chef or sue chef helped us find nice beaches and showed us how to book ferries to visit other islands. He was extremely helpful and spoke English very well.

This Was One Of The Best Villas I Have Stayed At. The Staff Was Very Friendly and Amazing. The Villa Was Very Clean And Our Room Was On The Third Floor With A Pool. Me and Mu Family Loved it And Did Not Want To Leave.

スタッフの接客が全体的にイマイチ。 慣れてないのかな？と思うくらい話す時緊張しているのが伝わってきた。 夜ご飯の食器も下げられることなく朝食が来るまでそのまま。普通取りに来るのでは？ 場所もGoogleマップで調べると全然違う所に辿り着き問い合せたところ、Googleマップの住所では着かないと。直すべきでは？ 部屋はまあまあ綺麗でした。 ただ窓の水垢やシャワーの水垢などちょこちょこ汚く、もっと清掃に力を入れた方がいいと思いました。部屋に着くまでの廊下もクーラーがついておらず暑かったです。 1番いいお部屋を取らせてもらいご飯も付けたのでまあまあいいお値段したのにその接客か。とガッカリしました。もう泊まることはないです。

空室があったとのことで、グレードアップした部屋に案内していただいたり、飲み物のサービスがあったり、朝食を部屋食にしていただいたり、出身地の話題を出していただき気さくにお話して気を使っていただいたり、一つ一つの配慮が完璧でした。部屋もとてもすばらしい設備と景色と間取りで大満足でした。
