Gulf Front Condo! More Beautiful Beach For Your Money At Windemere!

"I loved this condo. It had everything I needed. I loved being able to listen to the surf from the balcony, living area and master bedroom. Although it was a little scary in my lifted Jeep going into the 6'8" parking garage (I just made it but my antennae scraped when I left), the assigned parking spot a few feet from beach access meant I could keep my beach equipment in the car and retrieve easily before heading to the beach. Google Maps said I had arrived when I hit the traffic circle, which was wrong, but I easily found the condo via the Windemere sign on the front heading west from the traffic circle on the beach road. Questions via text were answered quickly and pleasantly by the Property Managers, even during their off hours. As for amenities, there was a regular coffee pot and a Keurig, but no Keurig pots so bring your own if you prefer that type, They have PLENTY of coffee filters and some Folgers ground, but I brought my own so all was good. Only salt and pepper condiments so if you plan to cook, make sure you bring everything you need. Little soaps are provided but no other toiletries. Again, I had packed all of mine so all good. The trip was just the relaxation I needed so when I need another recharge, I will check on the availability of this place again. Thanks so much!"

"This property overall was wonderful!The inside home was large, very spacey and clean. The 2 kitchens were very well equipped and having both available kitchens made it much easier for our large family of 15!Location to the beach was perfect and being situated on the inlet wonderful for that access as well.Bedrooms were wonderful as well as plenty of bathrooms! Make sure you bring extra paper products. Only other slight improvement definitely was pool and area around it could have been kept up a little better. There was a lily pad for use but it was way too dirty to use, needed cleaned badly, and the grill igniter didn’t work but we still very much enjoyed it! We used 2 out of the 3 beach carts and they were great! The outdoor space is very useable and has very nice patio shade, lots of chairs and room with the pool for the hot days.If ever got the opportunity we would go back. Thank you"

"Our family had a wonderful stay! Traveling with a 2-year-old, we really appreciated how clean, spacious, and family-friendly the property was. The location was perfect—centrally located with easy access to everything we wanted to do, yet still felt relaxing.Being able to walk to the beach was a huge plus, and having access to the pool gave us another great option for our toddler. The condo was well-equipped and had plenty of space, making it especially comfortable for a longer stay.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a convenient, comfortable place in Perdido Key."

"Beautiful home!!! Checked all the boxes for the weekend. Only issue was the motion activated lights downstairs. If someone woke up earlier than others or had to go to the bathroom while it was dark, it was like being blinded by high beams out of nowhere while you were trying to sleep. Ha!! Minor inconvenience for a great stay/property"
