"El staff es super buena onda, increiblemente amabes; por mucho más que en el promedio que de por sí es muy bueno. Me encantó el tamaño del cuarto y la vista. Lo mejor definitivamente fue el buffet. 100% vale la pena porque tiene todas las opciones. Las almohadas y la cama fueron de lo mejor también entonces 5 estrellas en ese aspecto. El checkin y la introducción para entender los diferentes aspectos como el buffet, el control para el aire o para abrir las persianas automáticas, también muy buenas. Lo único que cambiaría sería que quizás hay ciertos aspectos dentro de la habitación que la hacen sentirse vieja y quizás hasta sucia. "Everything about the hotel was amazing. The staff was kind, theres earing places right outside the hotel, the hotel was clean, they refilled our towels amd robes almost every night a new bag was hung on our door. Washer and dryer on 7th floor and microwave and vending machines. Station for train is right outside the hotel! Loved it! They provide so much in the room to use!!!!!!! Our room was small but it worked since we only had the two of us. The shower looks small but the water os full blast strong nice ans hot water. "
