Make sure you get a lake facing room with a balcony and so on as I just stopped off for a nap and just took a sungle room without balcony but the view was spectacular through the window. Unfortunately there was some type of office motivational meeting for a company when I visited so all the name badges gave me Betty Ford flashbacks. "This was a fantastic hotel! Very new so everything clean and up to date. Design and lighting very nice. Bed super comfortable. Room had everything you need (fridge, kettle, good-sized towels). Appreciated having a proper hair dryer and conditioner in the bathroom. Two buses go right from the Locarno station to the hotel and since the hotel offers you a Ticino ticket, I traveled all over the area without having to pay any extra fees in transportation. "Great central location with very personal multi lingual staff. Food was excellent, the pool and spa were in great shape, and all the staff were nice and catered to multiple requests I had (wine opener/glass, storing luggage, etc) with a smile."
