"Very good experience here and my kids love it. We have been visiting for the past 3 years and each experience has been pleasant. We are disappointed that the restaurant closed and are anxiously awaiting the new one. The only negative I can think of is that we prefer a 2nd floor room for easy access to the pool and arcade. This last trip we were on the 3rd floor quite a ways down the hall. Can’t beat the pirate ship slide and super warm pool though, no matter where your room is 😉"

"Everything was excellent, but the last three times we've been there ( every year we book two rooms for 1 week in August) check-in is supposed to be at four and for past three years we've had to wait until almost 6 PM. I just can't understand it. They make you leave at 11 o'clock in the morning on the dot at check out but the rooms are never ready until 6 PM so why rush out if not ready or even started cleaning until probably 4? As a courtesy, if they make you wait two hours, they should automatically give you a late checkout or give you a complementary breakfast?"
