Don't recommend at all!

Water brown, appliances old, room musty, towels and linens dingy, pillows flat. Did not feel safe. Water stains on ceiling tiles. TV had to be replaced. Pictures in site wa not even close. Tub stained.

BEDBUGS!!!!

Absolutley the worst experience ever! Stay was for business. The management is dishonest and rude. The room was INFESTED with bedbugs. Of course I cancelled remaining stay and Budget Inn refused to refund. DO NOT STAY AT BUDGET INN!!!

The beds were not comfy,it smelled bad like no one cleaned the room, the towels were not clean they were like visibly dirty and the floors were very sticky in some places.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The building has been renovated. I did not like the price increse for booking with expedia. The room was 89.00 a night when booked at the check in window. Expedia charged 108.00 per night. I thought expedias was supposed to save me money? I guess I was wrong. It was more expensive so I will never use expedia agai .

Clean but VERY basic room with nothing extra

Clean but outdated room. No clock, no phone to request wake-up call. No ice bucket, coffee maker, wifi password given, no paperwork advising of any amenities. Be careful when reserving-apparently the website specifies upstairs rooms for different rates. Clerk was nice enough to move us to a ground level room with no extra charge. We were one of 3 cars in the lot.

DONT STAY HERE!! VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE!!

Do NOT stay at this property!!! My husband arrived late at night/early morning. He rang the bell for service like it tells him. (his room was already booked, he just needed to check in). No one answers!! He sits there for 30 minutes ringing the doorbell & NO ONE ANSWERS!!! He then had to go pay for another hotel nearby. We call in the morning to get our money back & they claim that he never showed & tell me they have cameras and he was never there (they supposedly checked the cameras in a brief 30 seconds.. yeah right!!) They hung up on me after telling them the time he was there and that they need to take another look at the cameras! He is a trucker & therefore, we have tracking proof that he was there!! Long story short, we’re still fighting to get our money back! DO NOT STAY HERE AND GIVE THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!! I have NEVER dealt with such horrible customer service!

While I accepted their offer because it was the lowest-cost, I would never go back again. It was not worth what they did charge. The first room we were assigned to smelled like urine. The second room's towels had someone else's hair on them despite supposedly being "clean." That caused us my wife to not trust the cleanliness of anything, so we bought our own towels and sheets to use while there. The first night the TV did not work, and the wi-fi lacked adequate bandwidth to watch the Netflix movie we wanted to watch. It was OK on Day 2 when there were fewer people.

Worst ever

The room had a stale smell, air conditioner didn’t work well, mirrors were dirty, tv went off when light was turned off, dimly lit, bathtub badly stained, bed covers and all towels were stained, shampoo was inadequate, mattress was hard and uncomfortable, couldn’t open door had to have management open door and terrible neighborhood. For all this I should’ve only been charged $25-50 for the night, and that’s me being generous!!! Thank you for listening Will not use hotels.com in future! I’m sure you do not check to see if rooms are clean and comfortable, if you did this place would not be on your list 😡
