"The property has a lot to offer for solo travellers like myself. Very friendly and helpful staff, and language was no problem even with minimal Spanish ability. Large comfortable room, and I've never experienced such a huge bathroom, large walk-in shower included. Excellent bar in lobby for drinks and snacks, plus restaurant with good but limited menu items (breakfast buffet is extra charge). Plentiful underground gated parking, bus stop directly outside. "Fabulous place in a lovely location. We had a brilliant stay and the hotel could not do enough to help us. They allowed us to check out a couple of hours later as we had struggled to get transport back from Bilbao, they also made us packed lunch (for a small fee) on departure even though the restaurant was closed. Couldn't recommend enough"
