"We spent a week in Asturias and loved the location of the house. It's on the edge of town and you'll have an unobstructed view of the hills and mountains. Every night we had a beautiful sunset. The house was comfortable and everything was as listed. Beatriz was very responsive and attentive. If I had to give a 'con' it would be that the wifi was a little weak."

"El apartamento está nuevo, muy limpio y cuidado. Tiene todo lo necesario en menaje, ropa de cama,... La ubicación es un lujazo, mejor imposible. Y la atención del anfitrión impecable, pendiente incluso en festivos. Un pueblo con conjunto artístico, gastronomía de 10, playa, rutas, gentes amabilíimas,... Lo recomendamos sin duda."

El primer día de nuestra llegada, cuando mi hijo pequeño se sentó en la cama, el somier se derrumbó. Informamos de este problema inmediatamente y, aunque tardaron varios días en arreglarlo, el somier volvió a colapsar después de ser reparado. "I would have rated the property much higher save for two issues. The good part was that the property was well located for us near major routes. It was spacious and clean. The bad part was that we didn't have any heat for the first half of our stay when outside temperature was 2 degrees. The other problem was check-in which supposed to be from 4-8pm but there was no-one there. After an hour we had to have someone call as their message service wasn't working. 15 minutes later someone arrived...

"Apartment smelled of smoke, washing machine door broken, no cooker , beds uncomfortable very very hard like sleeping on floor. Towel change once a week, no cleaning , cutlery- we had to buy a knife as theirs blunt. Surroundings of building dirty , broken pipes, does not look like the picture. Other hotel - gym dirty and only few equipment , need a car to drive up to it. Very very basic overall. Reception not there on weekends and one day in the week."
