Especially near the vanity, where light is needed. Room had a smell and a dead bug in the room chair. Fridge was broke so you couldnt turn the temp down, everything froze."

"The lady handling the breakfast was very rude to everyone. My room had broken tile in the bathroom, messed up bathroom door and the threshold that separates the carpet from the tile had tacks exposed. I let front desk and maintenance know and they didn't seem too concerned"
