"Communication not timely. Response to valid questions required repeated queries, including the address. We were not aware that the flat was on the fourth floor accessed by stairs and I am disabled. No washer and dryer as advertised and no dedicated parking. Parking was very difficult. "

A well run hotel with real emphasis on customer service. The only negative thing was that the hotel was “closed” on arrival (12:30 am) and if there had not been a few people in the bar outside I am not sure how we would have got in. "
