    Entire stay is quite amazing, however, we had a problem with hot water connection in the room. Up on informing to the hotel staff, they changed the room. They have amazing restaurant.

    Experience is, more or less satisfactory, except restaurant. Though breakfast was supposed to be served at 08.00 AM, always it was served after 08.30 causing extreme difficulty to board the 09.15 toy train and 09.15 bus to Kannur (Kerala). Punctuality is VERY POOR.
