My whole experience was absolutely amazing. Rooms were all the time in good condition. Staff was very attentive and courteous. Food was very hygienic , tasty as well as fresh. So much variety in food. They come to your table and make sure you are pleased with food if we need anything. Lots of activity to do in nature. Very informative. Staff was knowledgeable about Rainforest . Its children friendly .I highly recommend this place for families. Hope to visit again. 🙂

We loved this hotel! It’s a bit rustic, but in a very appropriate fashion. If you are looking for a modern sort of stay, this place is not for you. The dining room feels like you have been transported to the 1970s. All of the staff are professional, courteous, and go out of their way to assist.
Only wish: we wished they had an area with sofas, tables and a lit fireplace in the main lodge. The fireplace they had lit didn’t have too much loungy furniture, and the one that had all the good...
