This exclusive holiday home is located in a very peaceful setting, surrounded by nature, in the small village of Sveti Petar on the Opatija Riviera. It is located on a hill above the famous Iii beach, where there is also a large yacht marina. From all the rooms of the house you can enjoy an enchanting panoramic view of the blue sea, the entire Kvarner Bay and the islands of Krk and Cres. The holiday home is the ideal choice for a larger family or two families. Nearby is the Uka Nature Park, which offers marked hiking and walking trails. Explore the beautiful landscape and enjoy the peace and fresh air.



The Opatija Riviera is known for its exceptional gastronomic offer, beautiful beaches, sea and forest promenades and breathtaking viewpoints. The town of Opatija also offers a rich nightlife with many bars and clubs. For an active holiday, there are numerous sports options available, including boat hire, jet skiing, diving and other water sports.
