Luxurious penthouse suite with sea view

Luxury Suite Jovic is on the second floor of our villa in Icici. Villa is only 2 minutes from the beach and marina in Icici. Suite is luxuriously furnished in a minimalist style, with a total area of 140m2 and consists of three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms and a large hall balcony that has a view of the entire Kvarner. Capacity 6 + 2 persons. The main bedroom is air conditioned, has 25 m2, double bed and a balcony with sea view.
The second bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a large shower with massage
The third room has two single beds.
The living room is connected to kitchen and dining room has access to terasu. Living room has air conditioning and wood burning stove for the winter months.
The bathroom has a Jacuzzi hydromassage bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
