Stayed one night. Very quiet and convenient. Small room but suits the need. Shower new and strong.

I got upgraded to a better room without asking; I was given a complimentary bottle of champagne as a greeting; turn-down service was exceptional; the staff were able to accommodate my terrible French easily; all in all, just the perfect hosts in this boutique hotel.

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and my stay at Kimpton St Honore was easily one of my favorites. The hotel is designed with great taste and is very central in Paris. The service was impeccable. Our room was cleaned every time we left. When I return to Paris there is no question this hotel will be my only choice.

My experience at the Excelsior Hotel was excellent. The location on the Rue LaFayette near the Palais Garnier was very convenient for the Metro and nice restaurants. I stayed at this hotel for my first solo trip to Pairs and it was amazing. The staff was so nice and the room was lovely. I was traveling on a budget but felt like I was staying in a 4-star hotel. And as a solo female traveler I felt very safe in the hotel and walking around outside. Would highly recommend!

I used to stay at "the old Le Scribe" and I admit I was sceptic when I learned Sofitel took it over, but they did an excellent job. The ambiance is great, the staff is excellent and there is an air of great comfort over the hotel . Add the great location it all !

Our room was very very nice. We also had a terrace but the weather was too cold to enjoy it. The bed was comfortable and the room was very modern. Location was central to the Louvre and gardens. The Hop On Hop off bus was also nearby.
