We were charged the Tourist fee for 2 Kids (6 and 3 years old) despite we asked explicitly if that is correct. Expedia confirmation E-Mail says we should pay only for the adults (this was also our experience during further travelling in the area). Since the workers at Reception refused to give us any Receipt and forced us to pay cash, this looks as a scam to me and leaves extremely unpleasant impression. Though kids really loved the small garden with playground, rabbits and the turtle, I doubt we will come there again.

The front desk staff were friendly and answered all my questions and followed up on the 2 requests we had. The dining room staff were nice and on top of the buffet. The views were amazing the room had tons of space for the 4 of us, the balcony was great as was the bathroom. Only wish was to be able to lower the air conditioning a bit more but that's a cultural thing for us. A minor issue it was pretty comfortable in the room most times. We would definitely book here again no questions. The town was nice, several options for eating in or nearby, it was a relaxing atmosphere there, exactly what we hoped for.

Es un hotel administrado por una familia muy atentos, tuvimos una muy linda cena de año nuevo, toda la comida deliciosa, el desayuno abundante y bueno, pero todo sucede a dos cuadras de Tirol (En el Elephant hotel) es un poco incómodo tener la recepción a dos cuadras, el estacionamiento a dos cuadras, teníamos reservada una suite familiar y resultó sumamente pequeña tuvimos que rentar un cuarto más en otro hotel para mi esposo y su hijo por que aunque había 5 camas el espacio era insuficiente, el techo de la suite estaba muy balo. La limpieza, el confort de las camas, baños limpios toallas suficientes solamente no nos resultó tan cómodo como esperábamos especialmente por el precio que pagamos.

Fantastiskt rum men krångligt med huvudhotellet

Fantastiskt rum med underbar utsikt. Rummet var stort och mycket rent och fräscht med stor toalett. Omgiven var otroligt vacker och det var tyst och lugnt! Frukost och reception var på ett annat hotell och man var tvungen att gå ca 150 m dit. Det var okej frukost men inte mer. Restaurangens kök stängde tidigt på kvällen, något vi inte blev upplysta om vid incheckning och missade därmed chansen att äta middag.

Et rart hotel

Et rart hotel, som er pænt istandsat. Byen tiltrækker et modent publikum, og hotellet har lige nips nok til små 2-årige fingre! Men alle tre børn var begejstrede for trampolinen og landskildpadden i haven. Pæne værelser og ny elevator. Parkering er rimeligt besværligt, og kør for guds skyld ikke direkte til Hotel Tyrol. Gyder er knapt brede nok til en Fiat 500. Det er på Hotel Elefant at man får billet og instruks til at finde P-kælderen

Dårlig oppførsel/service

Rent og fint værelse, på et lite koselig sted. God frokost. Her var innsjekken sen, pga siesta. Innsjekk 15.00/15.30. Jeg hadde flere spm. da vi ankom, både ift parkering (som var i en garage i nærheten), og muligheten ift å kjøre bagasjen fram til porten for å slippe å bære den helt fra/til garasjen. Dette ble nok litt for mye, og jeg ble svart på en arrogant og irettesettende tone. I forhold til rommet, var det begrensning på hvor langt vi kunne skru ned varmen, og det stoppet på 23 grader. Ikke mulig å sove med vinduene åpne, pga mye mygg. På badet var det et avlangt vindu som vendte ut mot et annet bygg. Det var ikke gardiner, så vi opplevde at naboen satt og kikket på oss mens vi satt på toalettet, noe som var utrolig ubehagelig. Dette er meldt inn som noe som må forbedres. Trist service/lite imøtekommende eldre dame og mann i resepsjonen. Ingen internettforbindelse på rommet, og null forståelse og hjelp ift dette. Vi fikk beskjed om at dette ikke kunne stemme, og at dette ikke var et problem. Vi måtte insistere på å få lov til å betale turistskatten med kort. Denne ville de ha kontant. Etter å ha reist rundt i Italia i flere uker, har vi aldri opplevd dette. Det hat ikke vært tema noe annet sted. Etter å ha fortalt dem dette, fikk vi omsider, etter mye om og men betale med kort. Vi ble fortalt at vi måtte huske på til neste gang at vi måtte ha kontanter med, i lommen. Blir ikke noen neste gang her!!

Perfekt og pænt, venligt transit til og fra Italien. Tænker vi faktisk godt kunne have brugt et par dage til at nyde natur og stilhed. Hotellet er noteret til næste Italien tur

Für die Durchreise ok. Zimmer in Ordnung, für 4 P groß genug. Frühstück nicht erwähnenswert, auch im drei Sterne geht es besser. Obst ziemlich alt, Kaffee war sehr gut. Brötchen labberig. Zu viel eingepacktes Zeug. Kellner hatten wenig Lust beim Frühstück. Der einzig sehr nette, freundliche und auf Gäste geschulte Herr war der Kellner im Restaurant am Nachmittag und Abend. Die Dame an der Rezeption war wenig freundlich und überfordert. Sehr nette Gegend.

ho soggiornato nella stanza 53 del tyrol , alla reception accoglienza freddina ma professionale, stanza piccola ma confortevole, bagno nuovo e spazioso "ottimo e pulito" , il problema quando si entra nel letto materasso lenzuolo coperta e cuscino non profumano di pulito, anzi sentore di stantio se non già precedentemente usato (ipotesi questa che non voglio neanche considerare) Tyrol da migliorare se il bagno è a posto il letto lenzuola NO !!!

Lækkert hotel, men virkede lukket

Tror egentlig at hotellet er dejligt og lækkert istandsat, men alle faciliteter var lukket og både ind og udtjekning, samt morgenmad fandt sted på andet hotel, ca.150 m væk. Vi var de eneste gæster på hotellet virkede det til. Parkering stod som værende ved hotellet, men det var istedet på offentlig p-plads et godt stykke væk. Stadig gratis. Det var ellers plads på hotellets grund til biler. Hotellet ligger nemt ift motorvejen.

Hotel bello, nuovo, pulitissimo,ma molto scortesi

Ho prenotato alle 22.00, mentre ero in auto in viaggio con famiglia, per fare una sosta durante il mio percorso per Vienna. Expedia NON ha evidenziato, prima di chiedermi il numero di Carta di Credito, che la Direzione NON accettava Check.IN dopo le 23.00, ma ciò appariva evidente solo nell'email di conferma. Alla mia telefonata per avvisare del mio orario esatto di arrivo, che faccio sempre per evitare problemi, venivo aggredito dalla Proprietaria nonostante Le avessi garantito che il mio arrivo era previsto per le 23.30 e non dopo mezzanotte. Avrei volentieri cambiato Hotel, ma avendo fornito a Expedia la mia carta di Credito avrei pagato una notte senza usufruirne e quindi mi sono recato lo stesso all'Hotel, arrivando alle 23.25. Dopdichè nulla da dire di male su servizio, pulizia, strutura alberghiera, ecc. ecc.. Tutto ottimo e valido. Ma io pago e io voglio essere trattato dignitosamente, quando spendo i miei danari. MAI più prenoterò con Expedia, MAI più in questo Hotel che fà gruppo con l'Hotel Elefante.
