I am renting a one-room apartment (studio type, only living room with sofa bed for 2 people) in hotel regime or term in Prima Nufarul neighborhood. The apartment is furnished, fully equipped and free private parking in front of the building, video surveillance. The apartment has all the facilities for a successful stay. Mini-market on the ground floor of the block. Quiet new neighborhood, with lots of greenery and park. Lotus Mall is a 2-minute walk away. Baile-Felix 4 km away. Aquapark at 2.7 km.
