"We really enjoyed being based at this lovely accommodation to explore the region. It was lovely to come back to the property after a day spent walking and enjoying local French cuisine. "The property is wonderful, larger than the photos show with plenty of room for six if needed. We stayed for a week, and explored Limoges and the surrounding area. The property was easy to find and good access to roads to drive into Limoges and wider afield. The property is fully equipped with everything you will need and was very comfortable to spend time in. "The most wonderful hosts and idyllic location. Beautiful huge garden, always plenty going on in what seemed like a very small town. Stephen and Michaela were so warm and welcoming and were very knowledgeable on the local area with some fabulous recommendations for food and things to do nearby. Great facilities and very clean house, even had an air fryer which is a proper luxury in France! There is so much in and around Confolens if you’re willing to look for it! Would stay again in a heart beat."
