"I like how the staff were ready to help. I misplaced my foundation and reported it to the manager. He promised me to look into it. When I got home I saw it and called like about two times before I could talk to the same manager that I found what I thought was lost. I am satisfied with the hotel staff. There was no bad experiences. Having said that I noticed that I saw a cockroach and fly in the room, that can be fixed. A staff asked if I was coming back again and I said YES! "We just had the best time at Country Country. Love the location with your cabin nestled in the garden. Great privacy. The access to the beach is awesome. It was so cool watching the sunset there each night. The restaurant is incredible. Loved the food. So fresh and tasty. We were so well taken care of by Lee, Londel, Camille, Reneka and Supi. They made us feel so special. This was our first stay at Country Country but I think we have found our spot now in Negril. Can’t wait to go back. Anne & Dan Roberts "

"If you need a big fancy “secret” style resort, then this place is not for you -we like the smaller boutique style resort and this place was perfect for us. The staff was amazing and paid special attention to every need. Tina, Patricia, chef Georgia and Kimeiko as well as the grounds keeper(didn’t get his name) all went above and beyond. By the time you leave this beautiful place you will be hugging them goodbye. If you’re fortunate enough to go on vacation, please show these people respect and give them a gratuity, they deserve it. "
