Honestly I chose this hotel at a last minute emergency trip, and it is definitely a very good surprise. "Good standard of hotel opposite the main train station. I had a room on the top floor with a large balcony which got the sun all afternoon. Hotel is on a main road and tram way so can be a bit noisy with the windows open. Room itself was spacious , double bed was great and very comfortable, bathroom was only small but had a bath and shower which was fine. Staff I met were all friendly and spoke good English. Did not have the breakfast during my seven night stay as I felt it was too expensive at 18CHF a day, and there are plenty of food places across the road at the station including a Burger King. Also there is a tourist tax of 4.25 CHF per night. The lifts are only small and fit three people in I would say at a time . Rooms cleaned every day I would definitely stay here again if I could have the top floor room with balcony. "
