"Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and well-appropriated. The staff were friendly and professional. I stayed for 4 nights/5 days and I asked for housekeeping services on day 3, which was indicated as how often they would come. I was told not today, they would come tomorrow and I agreed. However, they never came the next day or at all and I had to ask for more towels and washcloths multiple times. Also, the cable television was not working and the WiFi signal was too weak to connect my devices to the TV. As I waited for a ride after check out, another party checked in. They were informed of the TV and they were not charged for an early check in at 11am. I was offered no such deal and no compensation for the same issue. I would stay here again, but there are some kinks and customer service related things that need to be worked out before I do. Thank you."

"My stay is a 3 star review I will list the pros and cons (area of improvements) Pros: -Nice view from the balcony -Waterpark was great, clean and plenty of areas for everyone. -Wave simulator was amazing -Security gated entrance -Great parking the garage -Beautiful front desk Cons: -Builidng needs some renovations such as new carpets and new paint on all the hallways. When I walked in from the elevator to my hallway I almost went back and cancelled, it was old dirty and very used carpets. Looks like from a cheap motel. Lighting and paint in the hallways also old and motel vibes not 4 start hotel resort quality. -Staff needs to be replaced with a better customer service experienced personnel. Every time I called for something that was missing they had an attitude. I was missing bar soap, a Do not disturb sign and when I asked questions about a certain attraction in the hotel it was minimal info and get off the phone vibes. -The property is huge and there is no shuttle from one side of the property to the other side to get to the water park. The walk one way is about 1/3 of a mile -No lockers in the water park so I had to find a beach chair to put my stuff in and it was all taken. Took 30 mins to finally find one open (no exaggerating) -The mattresses was not in great condition, I lifted up the sheets to take a look and had so much lint snd pilling I didn’t sleep in it, went to the other room of my suite and that mattress was a little better condition. "

"The room was huge with biew of pool and room had a door fro privacy do the 2 rooms. It was a great set up and the pillows and mattress were the best I ever had of my 25 years of travel "

"We had fun and it was great for young kids. A bit crowded on weekend and the out dated. Also the prices for things were very high "

"This is a huge hotel. There was no direction in regards of where anything was. Staff pretty much didn’t care. Had to pay $34 day for parking. The music is extreme and loud at the pool area. The lights at the pool were never shut off and illuminated my room every night. If you want just a bed, pick a different hotel. "
