Clementine in Latin means ‘mild’ or ‘gentle. From Roman mythology Clementia was the goddess of mercy & leniency. Her symbols included the marble column & a branch of an olive tree. Clementine has a delightful touch & a sweetness attached to it, just like the fruit of the same name. Although we don`t have an olive tree, we welcome our guests with fresh Clementines to refresh you & get your stay off to a sweet start.



The decor in this luxury studio condo is a balanced mix of mild & gentle neutral colors with pops of orange, designed to awaken your senses, inspire your creativity & tap into new energy to explore & experience the local food, attractions, & entertainment at your fingertips.

Beautiful place

We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed it very much. Large bathroom and studio bedroom with all necessary amenities including its own washer/dryer. Cute little patio outside too. Extremely comfortable bed

Terrific location for OC

The condo was really good for our one night visit pre holiday family visit near by. The location was right around the corner from many good restaurants and shopping centers. The really good part was the 24/7 contact with property manager for our questions. The condo had great bathroom, kitchen, and walk in closet. Would stay there again when in town to see family.

Great location and convenient!

We just recently became grandparents and we traveled to Orange to see our grandson for the first time. This rental was located in the building next to where our children live. It was very handy and convenient. This place is located in a great spot which enables you to walk to anything that you would ever need. The room was perfect and our host texted us quickly to make sure everything was to our satisfaction! Looking forward to coming back.

Came to visit our daughter. Property was as expected and advertised. New, nicely decorated apartment with all necessary amenities. Communication from property manager was complete and easy to understand. We enjoyed the property.

Very Satisfied

This is a great property. We found it exactly as the listing stated and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It also has a great outdoor area. We felt safe there because of the necessity to have a fob to enter the parking garage as well as to use the elevator. Very quiet place- we never heard anyone being loud. I would 100% recommend. We had a little trouble getting in the first time, but someone from the office answered my phone call right away. They were able to help and all was smooth the rest of our stay.

Amazing stay

We had such a great stay with Arrive and Thrive! The place was very clean and cozy! It has everything you need. The bed was extremely comfortable and the location made us feel very safe. James was very friendly and gave us detailed check in Information that made it so easy and fun to check in! Eateries close by and Disneyland Park! Wish we could have stayed longer to explore more. It’s probably a great little place to stay if you can actually get checked in.

We couldn’t access the key. Response was slow and then nonexistent. We eventually ended up leaving to find somewhere else to stay once no one showed up or responded to get us checked in. Looks like a clean and cute property if you can get checked in.
