"I wanted to stay the night to break up a long drive, and we got in late. I was given the wrong room layout from what I reserved (1 bed instead of 2), and when they realized their mistake, then called me back to the main lobby and gave me another room that was already occupied. The building is in disrepair, with broken exterior doors that do not shut, broken interior glass, broken safety room locks, and evidence of severe water damage and white mold. The property did not refund my reservation...

"Wonderful stop here in Orange TX. The hotel staff, Veronica and Lisa, were exceptional; very friendly and helpful. The room was really nice, lots of space, and AC worked beautifully. I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in town!"
