"Was not a luxury property as advertised. Amenities were very basic and property could benefit from some TLC and a few upgrades to the furnishings. Bed was comfortable. Neighborhood was okay and about what was expected in this price range. Close to bus stop and about half mile to train station—not a bad walk. Host responded to inquiries within a reasonable timeframe. Not much shopping nearby but could likely find necessities within walking distance."

"This was an excellent stay in a nicely appointed condo on the east side. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and the unit was 16 stories up. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Rosevelt Tram is just up the street. There's a insanely busy Trader Joe's in easy walking distance and plenty of small shops and street vendors.
