Upscale location, condo and hospitality!

The Divi resort(s) are all beautiful, clean, and the amenities are great! The condo was spacious, clean, and the private rooftop terrace was a huge bonus! The owner is excellent with communication, and we can’t wait to go back!

Very comfortable & well equipped. Loved the rooftop penthouse.

Had a fabulous time. Very safe & secure location. Beach wasn’t crowded. The pools were fantastic. Food onsite was excellent. Great location for other restaurants, shopping & excursions. Really enjoyed traveling around the island. We had the best time on our UTV tour

Fantastic!!!!

Fantastic vacation. Will never stay at a hotel again. The penthouse had everything you could need and more. Thank you Brett for all your help. The rooftop was the icing on the cake. The Divi grounds are meticulously maintained and the pool and the beach are just steps away. We will be back next year.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation! The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The private roofdeck was the best feature. The views were amazing and you can see the cruise ships downtown. We watched the sunset while grilling dinner. The staff at the Divi Golf are some of the friendliest people in Aruba and there is no shortage of amenities from the multiple pools, restaurants, and golf. Erwin at the main lobby is anwesome and was always there for us to get us a taxi to dinner in Palm Beach or Oranjastad. The beach is a short walk across the street and is our favorite beach in Aruba. The water is crystal clear and it’s never crowded. Brett, our host, checked in on us and was very friendly and responsive. We will definitely book again! You will LOVE it!

Great week, great condo!

Condo was everything as advertised! Everything was clean and fully supplied. Brett and Lisa were available by email/text for any questions or needs that came up. We didn’t need to bring half of the things we did because they had supplied so much. Plenty of towels, housewares, and beach toys for all 5 of us! The rooftop is amazing and doubles the amount of living space to enjoy. We didnt have time to do a private chef dinner up there but it would be a fantastic spot for it! The golf cart shuttles on the property were always easily accessible and offered rides even as you are walking. The beach is only a couple of minutes by shuttle and only a 10min walk max. We enjoyed bringing the noodles, floats, and coolers that were supplied in the condo as well. We will definitely be renting this amazing unit again!

Missing Aruba

There’s not much I can add to what others have already said. I didn’t message Brett much before we left but I sure did our first few days there. He hung in there and helped as much as he could. (Thanks again). I will add that my wife and I traveled without older daughters 17 & 21 and we liked the secure feeling around the compound. We just got back to Tampa and would stay in the same place if we went back.

Much needed beach therapy

Just returned home after a wonderful time in Aruba. This condo unit was awesome! Just as described in the listing. Plenty of space for our group of 4 at the perfect location just across the street from the beach and walking distance to groceries. Plus a rooftop deck and hot tub? Yes please!! The condo is part of a resort (Divi Golf and Beach) so you have access to all the resort amenities including (I assume) their housekeeping team. Overall, the service at the resort was great but the unit was not quite as clean as I’d have liked upon arrival. Nothing gross or scary and NOTHING that would keep me from staying again. Just a couple small moldy spots in the master shower and a little bit of dust here and there. Nothing major. We could have asked housekeeping to come during our stay but it really wasn’t worth taking their time up for. The hosts (Brett and Kelly) were super responsive to all my questions and the departure list very reasonable. I’ve stayed at others Vrbos with extensive lists of items that need to be taken care of before you leave which can make that last day a bit stressful but this was easy peasy! Highly recommend!!

Birthday Trip

RECOMMEND, RECOMMEND, and RECOMMEND! My family and I had the best time at this resort. Great staff, great food and a great host…Brett! His two bed condo accommodated everyone-3 adults and 4 kids. The two pull out queen beds were perfect AND still had a roll away bed in the closet. The condo was in immaculate condition and located near the two pools that’s on the property. There’s 3 restaurants on the property so you don’t have to go far. The grounds were clean and the iguanas were just everywhere chillin lol. We did come when there was a curfew in town so the restaurants closed by 9 which did alter our plans just a tad but we quickly adapted. The Mulligans restaurant that’s on the property is open until 11pm but can be pricey if you’re traveling with a large family. Whenever I had a question, he quickly responded. He even accommodated us when our trip had to slide a day(due to our COVID tests not coming back on time) AND we stayed an extra day due to Hurricane Ida shutting down the east coast which caused flight cancellations. He was very understanding and helped us out tremendously. We managed to visit the beach across the resort(Druif Beach), Palm Beach(tons of water stuff to do and reasonably priced beach bars) and Baby Beach(perfect for kids bcuz the water is literally waist deep and the clearest water I’ve ever seen). Just a word of caution, Baby Beach charges a lot of cabanas & chairs. We paid $120 for two cabanas and 4 chairs. It was definitely worth it seeing as though it was super hot. Palm Beach is where it’s at for young adults or couples. Reminds me of Miami. If you are traveling with more than 5 ppl, you’re gonna need TWO taxis. They will not accommodate you. We had 7 ppl in our party so we had to take two taxis just to fit us all bcuz they will not transport more than 5. We will be coming back for sure! Thanks again Brett for allowing us to stay in your home! We’re definitely coming back🖤

This property was even better than expected. It's a ten+ for families traveling to Aruba!

Brett and Lisa were amazing hosts. Brett stayed in touch throughout, and provided a wealth of information in the form of a package I received in the mail in the weeks leading up to our travel date. Everything you could possibly ask for from restaurant recommendations, excursion ideas, and amenities and maps of the resort. The Condo itself was just amazing. Plenty of space for our group which included two adults, two 17 year olds, and two 14 year olds. Two pull out queen coaches were a great feature. We didn't use the extra rollaway bed but a larger group could put that to use. No need for rental golf clubs as their were 6 sets left for our use. I played twice and loved the course. 3 rollaway coolers are there for you (used one everyday to roll our drinks to the pools or beach). Snorkel gear and floats for the group to use. Every kitchen gadget and utensil has been thought of and provided. Just bring your a small bag for your clothes because you will need nothing else. Washer and Dryer another convenient feature. I won't be able to do the 4th floor private deck justice. You will have to see it to believe it. Its huge and it's exclusive to your party. Very private too. You access it with an elevator key only you have, and you can't beat the view from the private hot tub. This was our first time staying at the Divi Village, our last 3 times were the all inclusives at the Divi or Tamaryn. I felt like this gave us the best of both worlds. We were a short walk or a quick golf cart away from the beach but the pools at this resort are much better. Our favorite was the infinity pool with it's swim up bar not more than 100 yards away. The onsite resteraunts are all great. The beach bar has the best views. You still get free access to that wonderful fitness at the Tamaryn. Anywhere you go you can elect to charge off to your room so no need to carry cash. Finally, if you want to save on your food bill just take a golf cart and get dropped off a block away from the supermarket. We did and it worked out great. Thank Again Brett and Lisa. We look forward to returning next year!

Highly recommend this property and host. Location was unbeatable. Plenty of onsite dining options. The condo was clean and well stocked. Really loved having a washer and dryer in the condo. The rooftop deck was super awesome. My only issue was with the staff in the lobby at the check in desk- note this has NOTHING to do with the host or condo itself. Check in was a 40 minute ordeal. I’ve been to Aruba a dozen times and this was by far the worst check in experience. Again- the host and condo were incredible and I’m hoping the lobby experience was just a one-off. The quality of the condo for the price we paid was exceptional.

Amazing!!

We stayed here for two weeks, my wife and 3 kids (6, 8, 11). We all had the vacation of a lifetime. The condo was perfect, it had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. The infinity pool with water slide was a big hit with our kids and the beautiful beaches are an easy 5 minute walk. Brett was a great host, communication before, during and after our stay. We will definitely rent from Brett the next time we come to Aruba.

Beautiful property with excellent hosts

The penthouse rooftop was amazing! Brett and Lisa were very responsive to issues we experienced. The condo wasn’t cleaned properly and they immediately sent a crew in to thoroughly clean it. We traveled with another couple and we each had plenty of space. The location is great especially if you’re a golfer which we are. They even supply golf clubs so no need to bring your own. The kitchen is well stocked. The hot tub is huge and very relaxing. The view from the rooftop is amazing and just for this condo! There were always taxis available from lobby to take us wherever we needed to go. There’s also a parking space just for this condo. We had a fabulous time and would return again. Thank you Brett and Lisa for your hospitality and great service!

50th Birthday Celebration

Our time at Aruba Divi was an exceedingly delightful experience. The property was clean, manicured and beautiful. The Divi staff was very welcoming, responsive and helpful. The condo we used for lodging only enhanced our experience. The unit was clean, spacious, and nicely supplied with an array of equipment for use at the beach and on the property: golf clubs, swimming equipment, etc. The roof top level of the condo provided us with a bird’s eye view of the entire property; the beach, lagoon, and golf courses were all visible, while lounging in the hot tub. The Divi Golf Resort and the C29 condo unit will exceed the most discerning traveler’s expectations. I celebrated my 50th birthday and my time here was in keeping with such a momentous point in my life. We will absolutely return!!

Ultimate beach vacation

We had the best time at Brett and Kelly’s condo! The location is ideal, kids loved the infinity pool, and the condo had enough space for our family of 4 to spread out. Will definitely be back and would recommend the Divi to anyone!

Fabulous Family Apartment

We stayed at this apartment for a week with our 2 daughters and can't say enough about how great this place was. The private rooftop provided an excellent getaway and all of the amenities up there were clean with a hot tub. The apartment itself had all the amenities you would need to cook and i have stayed at many places where it was dirty, but you could tell they took the time to thoroughly clean it. We also love the bedrooms with private bathrooms and the common living room. Only downside was the balcony near the living room had bird droppings on the chairs but that is hard to avoid as we saw the same around the pool. A real plus is being part of the Divi resort and access to all of the great amenities as well as fantastic, friendly staff. Can say enough about this place and highly recommend.

Relaxing

This condo is fantastic for the family who wants everything. We were two couples with an enfant. As in all the comments the roof deck is something very special. We had a beautiful sunset dinner with extended family on the roof top. One thing to mention the roof top is not accessible from the unit. To access you take the main elevator to the top floor where you have private full access to the area. Luckily we brought a video monitor for the baby that was able to work for us on the roof top while he slept one floor down. We took full use of the many activities available at the complex such as: pools, pickleball and golf. Very handy to have golf clubs as well as the cooler for the beach provided. From the condo the walk to the beach and restaurants is very easy. The complimentary tram is always around to take you anywhere within Divi limits. We definity will be renting this condo again. Fun in the sun

Had the best time. As previous time share owners of this resort we have been here multiple times. Great atmosphere great staff great location. This year we didn’t have enough points so I went through vrbo and stayed at this penthouse location favorite part was winding down each night on the spacious balcony each night with a good book. Host was very attentive and accommodating and checked in frequently can’t say enough great things about this visit will definitely be back next year !!!
