"Our room was moist, musty, and humid. We had to ask to have the mattress changed and the bed fixed because it squeaked terribly! The staff was kind. Food was good. We met wonderful people. My biggest suggestion is make sure your room is worth what you paid for it. I felt like the room quality was that of a 2-3 star hotel "

"Beware when you book Divi hotels Aruba.We chose all inclusive & paid good $ and they put us up at the Divi Dutch village and told us that the all inclusive was not included.They wanted us to pay $200-$250 per adult each day for the all inclusive package!We were upset but ate dinners and some breakfast outside the resort and on site because Aruba has great food and great restaurants so we made the best of our 5 day trip."

"This is a great resort to spend time away from home. The rooms are a bit dated and while tidy, the cleanliness could improve…however, we found the staff to be friendly. Location is a 9/10. It’s so close to the beach and the grocery store! It’s not a 10/10 only because it’s not on the beach itself. BUT, small inconvenience for such a great expanse of beach. "

"The room was dirty and musty. The appliances were old and the room was extremely dated. The furniture should be replaced. The sofa bed mattress was disgusting. When we asked for more toilet paper they would only give us one roll because the cleaning people were to come in and clean and give us some - they never did. It is very far away from the beach. You will need a vehicle to get to the beach. The place is under renovation to add a new area. They should look after the old side first. We left to go to a different place before our time was up. Will never return. "

"Manchebo has a beautiful quiet location on Eagle Beach overlooking the warm and calm waters of the Caribbean, but what made it the most memorable we the incredibly friendly staff who provide outstanding hospitality. "The property itself is not on the beach. It’s across the street. The staff should be taught better on how to direct you. What seating on the beach accommodates the hotel. So here I’m gonna save you a whole lot of confusion. It’s Across The Street slightly to the right reflections beach club. Now let’s get to the seating area at the beach. Depending on cruise ships being around, they usually tell you all the seats are reserved. Hint hint give me a tip and I’ll find a seat for you. The beach itself it’s not very clean. People use it as a giant ashtray. Cruise ship people usually leave all the garbage behind. Now let’s get back to the rooms at voco! I checked in on a Friday!!!! huge mistake!!! the locals are all hanging out at the bar across the street, revving their cars and motorcycles for the majority of the night! This happened Friday, Saturday up until Sunday very late at night impossible to sleep. Another thing that was very unnerving to me although hotel is immaculately clean my room smell like there was a deceptive tank in it. I suggest you do not get rooms on the outskirts of the hotel. Better off on The inside by pool area! The smell in the room was horrendous!!! I didn’t bother to say anything because I knew it fall on deaf ears! The rest of staff was friendly pretty much. The one that was the best in instructing you and talking to you very charismatic was the little waitress Yuru she was an absolute doll, a great waitress, and just a beautiful person!!!"
