Poor communication

Very very poor communication with host. Still had no reply minutes before going to airport. Sat on the curb a while to get property manager to come and let us in. We plan this over 3 weeks. I know it’s island time but come on. Pictures are accurate, location is a bit industrial. Still a nice place but I can’t stand how bad the communication was with the host and property manager.
