"There was a cockroach crawling in our hotel room. I also saw another one near the entrance of the hotel upon leaving. Overall, it was a nice hotel but I am worried about the hygiene and cleanliness of this place."

"Did not like having to go to pool around 7am to 8am to get a chair same with beach for a hut. Beach should be controlled more as locals took over some of the huts for guests. Wasn’t able to ever get a reservation at one restaurant when there for 5 days."

"Staff could not be friendlier and welcoming. Items just the relaxation we needed with the beautiful beaches, chill atmosphere, and nicely appointed rooms. Not to mention the focus on well-being with daily yoga, a spa, and awesome breakfast menu. We’re already booked for next year!"

"The service at the pool bar is terrible, super slow, the staff looks upset all the time you have to wait a lot to take your service, they cross in front of you like nobody is there, my room smelled terrible, really old and needs a lot of maintenance. The food was good and the service at the restaurants were good too. The hotel is not in front of the beach and they don’t provide any service there for their customers. We don’t want to visit the hotel again."

"The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. After having my flight cancelled and having to quickly find a hotel we were happy to be able to secure a room very close to the airport. I was disappointed with the dinner menu in the restaurant and the food was just so / so. We went to bed very soon after dinner as we had to get up super early to get our rescheduled flight. 5:30 am came around and I wanted to take a nice hot shower. No luck --- there was hot water in the sink tap but not in the shower. So disappointing!!! Especially since the hotel was $588 US per night. When I mentioned it to the woman on the desk at checkout she didn't seem very concerned. I would think twice before booking here again."

"I went on a solo trip and stayed at the hotel, it was just perfect for me! It was in a great location that was close to everything. The room was clean and it smells great , upon arrival. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. "
