"Die Anreise war problemlos, da der Besitzer Massimo schon vorab den Standort geschickt hat, außerdem gibt er während des Aufenthalts immer wieder Tipps für Ausflüge. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und uns alles wissenswerte über das Haus erklärt. Das Haus und der Garten ist super, wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen, ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt um die südliche Toskana zu erkunden. Nochmals 1000 Dank! Liebe Grüße Dani, Nicole und...

"We had a fantastic experience at this property. All the booking and payments went very smoothly and we found the property easily and were met by Elisetta. The location is absolutely stunning!!! Beautiful views from the terrace facing onto the sunset every evening! The pool and beach facilities at the hotel were also great, for both us and our kids (age 11 and 8). The property was also well equipped with everything we needed. We had an absolutely fantastic holiday and would love to come back...

"Of course, the view, the view, the view! Every evening we admired the sunset, and every evening it was a different spectacle. But there's more to Lucia's house: extremely clean and well-equipped, simple but tastefully decorated and comfortable, we had an idyllic stay. "If you want to experience authentic Italy, add an olive farm. This is your place… It is very clean. Quite a drive to get there, make sure you do your grocery shopping prior to arriving. There is nowhere to purchase anything nearby. It is a 20 minute drive. The host mother and son are very lovely people. They do not speak any English however they are excellent with Google translate."

"The property itself is beautiful and provides expensive views of the sea. However, within five minutes of our arrival, we were asked if we needed towels )um, yes?). We were then charged 10 euro for a few threadbare towels. The screens were taped together and ineffective against mosquitoes. We were told not to drink the tapwater at the cottage and not even one small bottle of water was provided to hold us over until we could get back to town. Cottage needs maintenance and minimal stocking."

"We stayed in this villa for 14 nights. For the first 3 days we had huge issues with the electrical system, which is very old. This caused frequent an lengthy outages, which means no air conditioning or electrical fans…The villa is nice but it has not been renovated, and it is basically falling into pieces, which is a shame given the nice location."
