"This place completely dropped the ball. Arrived to a unit that was not ready, door wide open, and dirty. They moved me to another cabin which had broken blinds in both the living area and bathroom, so zero privacy. Reported it immediately and it still took days to fix. At one point they even said it wouldn’t be fixed until after I left. Communication was all over the place and one staff member was straight up rude and unprofessional on the phone. Maintenance guy was the only one who did his job right. They acknowledged the issues but refused to provide any real compensation. A late checkout is not compensation, it’s the bare minimum. For what I paid, this was not acceptable. Would not stay here again."

"Was clean… Smelled humid horrible and hot all over the place like they are saving as much electricity as they can, I don’t blame them as everything is expensive with inflation. You get what you pay for, old outdated no usb chargers, bed sheets terrible, bath towels were tainted yellow and old. Coffee was watered down horrible with a couple snacks for continental breakfast. If it’s under $80 I might stay again but not a penny more. Thank you for the hospitality. "
