"The view was beautiful. The staff were nice. The room had ONE small towel bar in the bathroom. No other place/hook/closet for hanging anything including wet outer wear from hiking, or coats or towels and washcloths. No hooks or hangers anywhere in the room. For a place near the rain forest and the beach, places to hang things to dry should be a requirement. The dining room and meal were very good. However, it only served dinner. The only other restaurants required driving several miles to another city for food and groceries."

"It was a good stay - nice community, clean house, check-in and check-out was easy, communication was great. Lots to do for kids. Primary reason to rate this "good" instead of "great" was the poor WiFi connection in the house. For the price, and given the ubiquity of Internet devices, I expect that the WiFi in the vacation home should be at least stable. The house had several dead spots, and the WiFi kept dropping. The community sent someone to check the issue, but that didn't really solve the issues."

"Everything you want in a vacation rental! Every single thing was so thoughtfully organized from the easy check-in with early access available, to coffee pods, laundry detergent, pantry essentials, Pickleball rackets that were even branded, maps of the trails, maps of the neighborhood recommendations, darling decor, they have created the cutest idyllic cottage. Our family of five was so comfortable, we loved the hot tub outside and walking over to the Pickleball courts. The sound from Pickleball was not at all annoying I never noticed it. I sat on the rocking chair in the front porch quietly when the kids had screen time, we could walk to a very close wonderful park that was really fun for my kids ages spanning from 5 to 9. The park had a very safe but fun zip line which kept the older kids entertained. We could even walk to the beach in town pretty easily, even with a 5 year old walking! Overall, I was really impressed with how much care had gone into the property, it was immaculate and everything was just so cute and thoughtful we decorated it really felt how a vacation should feel! Thank you to the great hosts and owners!"

"Liked the house but main bedroom needs a mattress topper it was really hard and the pillows could have been better too. It would also be nice to have ceramic pans in the kitchen and get rid of all the Teflon pans. Just before you make a reservation know you do not have pool access through VRBO at Seabrook."

"This is a great 1-bedroom apartment in Seabrook, a walkable vacation community with an excellent grocery store and other amenities. The bed was comfortable. It's an exceptionally quiet neighborhood on the backside of town. Everything was clean and as promised. Note that it does not include access to the Seabrook pool - that's a little hard to find in the listing. I would love to stay again."

"Comfortable, great for pets. Well stocked with dishes etc. Not enough accurate info regarding coffee maker, condiments, parking spots. Some kind of grab bars in tub/shower is really needed. I turned 85 5/3 and daughter in law is recovering from leg surgery. We aren’t handicapped but feel a bit wobbly. "
