"I had double booked my reservation, and cancelled the wrong date as soon as I learned of it. This hotel still charged me for both. They accepted over $400 and refused to cancel it because it was a "no show." They present themselves as a luxury hotel, but their customer service was that of a much lower class facility. I would not recommend booking here under any circumstances. They provided no service at all, but they kept my payment. "

"Words cannot describe how awesome this property is. It is a block from Little Caesars Arena in a very safe and walkable area of Detroit. The inside of the property is beautiful and was perfect. Loved my stay. Would 100% go back!"

"Owner Double booked the condo for the weekend. We had to find a place to stay at 1030-11 pm at night for the weekend. Not happy after a long drive and then in the middle of downtown late at night with our suitcases and not able to get ahold of the owner to figure out what was going on because there were no keys in the lock box. We use Vrbo for all of our trips and this trip but a bad taste in our mouths. "

"The hotel is basically brand new. The rooms and bathrooms are modern, clean, and well appointed. The hotel lobby has a nice open atrium area that is suitable for lounging. Stag was wonderful. The neighborhood is pretty good by Detroit standards. Close to Little Caesar’s arena. "
