"A group of 8 female friends, the villa was perfect with so much space, a great location with the tram so close by, on the beach with a great outdoor space, lovely landscaping. We had 2 shopping deliveries from Mercado which worked brilliantly (no car). There weren't any shops or bars locally that we could find, but you literally had to hop on the tram at the end of the road and you could go to Alicante, El Campello, Benidorm very easily, and cheaply, which we did. "Communication with property manager was exellent. She was always there to answer any enquiry. In regards to the house itself, I think it should be cleaned more before guest come in and there should defenetly be air conditioning as the fans do not ventilate what so ever. "The property is exceptional, private pool being the main sellong point for us when we stayed. Couldnt fault it, other than being a little far out but its still only 20 minutes in a taxi to Alicante so not that bad. But the real star is Jason and his family, who were incredible hosts who lived closed by so when i accidentally locked us out, Jason was round in no time at all to help us out. Truely made our stay brilliant."

"You really can't go wrong renting this property. It is immaculately clean and well equippped and in a brilliant location. You have great views down the valley to the sea. The villa is very spacious and there are lots of carefully thought out little areas to relax and enjoy the sunshine or shade. You are also just a short drive to the beaches near Denia or Oliva. "We had a lovely week with family relaxing at this villa. Great communication with the owner ahead of our stay and Anja was on hand for anything we may have needed during our time there. The patio and swimming pool area is large, boasts stunning views and gets the sun all day long. Plenty of room around the villa and it was was well equipped and nicely laid out with comfirtable bedrooms and efficient air-conditioning.
