SEASONAL RENTAL: RENOVATED 35-SQUARE-METER STUDIO IN ORCIÈRES

  • I offer you a studio of 35m2 completely renovated in a quiet residence on the 3rd floor in the town of Orcières, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
    This studio consists of a living room with sofa sofa and tv, 1 balcony with superb view of our mountains, a fully equipped kitchen with its central island, 1 bedroom with double bed, a bathroom / wc.
    The studio is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hob, coffee maker.
    The studio is located in the center of Orcières with shops nearby.

    Assets: Orcières Merlette resort 5 minutes away, (bus stop with free shuttles in front of the residence),
    In summer: Mountain hikes and leisure center at the bottom of the village).

    Pets are not allowed in the studio.
    Towels and sheets are provided.
    The keys will be handed over by the owner.
    Seasonal rental from April 15 to November 30 on a minimum of 3 consecutive nights.

Tres Bon séjour !Nous sommes venu passer 4 jours au ski. Le logement est comme sur les photos, tout neuf et propre. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable.10 minutes de navette gratuite et vous êtes au pied des pistes.Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés ;)Merci encore !
