Tiny House #4 Great Place
Good Location. Nice little house with everything you need.
The tiny home at East Zion Resort was excellent for a family of 4. The home was as expected based on pictures and had everything you needed in the kitchen and was great to have a washer and dryer. When we were there, no restaurants nearby were open for dinner so we ate in each evening but we preferred that so we could relax after a day full of hikes and adventures. Only recommendation is for one more comfortable chair so a family of four could sit down to watch a movie/TV. Highly recommend this home, great location and amenities.
This modern house had everything supply-wise we could hope for to help our family celebrate Christmas. The location is near the local grocery store and some cool hiking opportunities. There were a couple of issues: smoke detector missing in the main bedroom, melted plastic in the bottom of the oven, and broken glass on the living room rug. With some additional attention on cleaning and maintenance, I would not consider staying anywhere else in the area before re-booking here.
This place is REALLY cool. we stayed one night in the treehouse which was so fun for the kids, and the rest in the other tiny houses. the house is immaculately clean, kitchen has everything you need to cook and you can grill on the deck and the yard in the front of the houses is great for the evening - and has great views of the mountain. we Also did an atv ride into the canyons with Micah's company which so much fun. we had kids age 2 - 8 and everyone had a blast. 10/10!
The house has everything you need for your stay, bed is great, kitchen has all the utensils you need for cooking, location is perfect between Zion and Kanab area with lots of hikes nearby.
Great location for visiting Zion, Bryce and the Grand Canyon North Rim. We also thoroughly enjoyed the canyoneering experience offered this property. Highly recommend!

Great find!
We started a week here to visit Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon this was the perfect place! The owners were phenomenal and very responsive. The house is so very cute and had everything we needed. We loved having the outdoor grill and firepit. The location was very central between zion and bryce. There is really no grocery store or restaurants close but that is no reflection on the house. We just ended up coking a lot of meals which saved us money in the long run. Oh, and don't forget to check out the rock shop for coffee 😋 we would definitely recommend staying here and we will come back sometime.

Loved this property!
This was very enjoyable property. The location between Bryce and Zion was fantastic at it allowed us easy access to the things we wanted to do. We rented units #1 and #4. The house itself was in great condition and the setup of the entire property was excellent. This would be a great place to stay if you were traveling with multiple families as there are a total of 6 tiny houses all close together but still with privacy. They are tiny houses but we had no trouble moving around inside and they are well finished. In addition, the houses all have outdoor living areas that include a deck with table and chairs, a gas grill, and a fire pit and bench all set in a nicely landscaped property. I highly recommend using this property!

Great place for 4-5 people!
We enjoyed our stay in this tiny house. Owners were great and the place was very nice and had enough space to comfortably fit 5 adults. Would definitely stay here again.

One Night at the Escape
There was a bit of a mix up at first as the maid had forgotten to clean Escape 4 assigned to us, but it was quickly resolved and we were assigned Escape 1. It was lovely, very comfortable extremely well equipped. We only stayed one night but if we had had to stay longer we certainly would have enjoyed the comport and the possibilities. It made our visit to Zion memorable. David.

LOVED it!
We had a great stay here - one night, 4 people (2 couples). This was a good place to stay between Grand Staircase Escalante / Bryce area and Zion. It is much closer to Zion. There is not much in the area (and the grocery store was closed on Sunday, the day we arrived) but we planned ahead and bought food to cook along the way. The kitchen had everything we needed and was a comfortable space. This tiny house was exactly as I suspected from the pictures. It was really clean. Upstairs loft ceiling is low (you can't fully stand up). You enter the loft via a ladder, and there are two smaller mattresses that we pushed together to make a quasi larger bed - i'm sure the bed downstairs was more comfortable (and private), but we were happy with it. And it was easy to keep the temperature cool in the loft area. Bathroom was plenty big for our needs - nice shower. No formal dining space for 4 people to eat, but all 4 of us comfortably fit on the couch to eat our pasta while watching a movie - exactly where we wanted to be after a day of hiking.
We loved the decor of this tiny house and the surrounding area was adorable. The little porch was a lovely place to sip coffee in the morning. Micah, the owner, was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Micah!!

Top notch tiny house
After staying an extra day at a nasty, smelly hotel near Bryce which shall remain nameless, we loved the Tiny House #4! The air conditioning was heaven and it was by far the highest end place we stayed. The laundry was a suitcase saver. Best surprise-the morning rooster, the kids were fascinated. We want to come back when the treehouse is done and stay there! Eat dinner in Kanab at the Rocking V Cafe! Great meal ( for meat lovers or vegetarians) and a quirky town! Wish we had saved some time to explore the parks and hikes between Orderville and Kanab.

Lovely house
This was a very nice place to stay and very centrally located to every place we wanted to go. House was in wonderful condition. But, be very aware that this is a TINY house! Bedroom was filled with a very comfortable king bed but as result there was no room for bureau. Landscaping was very nice and there is lovely swing out back. Couple of minor items: No can opener in kitchen and we couldn't find the remote for the fan in bedroom.

Couldn't be better!
We absolutely loved staying at Micah and Julie's tiny house. Flawless property with very modern finishes and a location that is a perfect home base for Zion, Bryce and Kanab. This house is ideal for a family of 3 or 4 and our daughter loved having her own space in the cozy loft. The owners are very responsive and accommodating and we will definitely be back when we visit Utah again. You won't be disappointed with this wonderful home!

Very cute and comfy!
This is a great spot. The house is very spacious, considering it's a "tiny house." Orderville is a tiny town but worth a drive from Zion if you prefer cabin/house feel over motel in my view!

Wishing we could take the home back with us!
The vacation rental for the tiny home was amazing and the place felt like a second home for us to come back to. We really enjoyed our stay at the tiny home and we didn't have to worry about basic necessities to purchase here at the home (excluding food). The place is great for a couple wishing to get away, as being amazingly centrally located to national parks. It was 45 minutes to Zion, one hour to Bryce, 2 hours to North rim grand canyon. We bought the annual pass from the national parks and got into all of those easily for each day we went. The living area and each bedroom areas have air conditioning units to keep your room cool or warm depending on when you stay.
The bedroom loft area was not a place we used, so I cannot comment on the space itself. For those who have little kids they may want to be mindful of the ladder to the loft is at a quite steep angle, but roomy in the loft itself.
As the first renters for the place, there were some growing pains with the landscaping and construction still occurring, but we weren't around long enough to notice them in our day to day travels. Parking wasn't an issue (unless you have more than one car here)
Micah and Julie were really responsive when we had questions, which we really appreciate. The people around the southern Utah area were friendly and easy to start up conversations with.
As for complaints, I wish the couch was a little bigger for relaxing on. It fits one person laying across and that's it. Additionally we ate outside one evening on the back deck and the sun was glaring right in our faces, with no screening or shade unfortunately.
Overall we recommend this home mainly for couples looking to vacation and not have to waste money for a cabin with 3 or 4 extra unnecessary rooms. The price was excellent for the week and we were blown away by the finishing touches on the house.
