Our family had a wonderful time staying in this lovely house on our recent trip to Zion! There was plenty of space for everyone and our kids enjoyed the toys and games. The view is beautiful and we took advantage of the hiking trail right outside of the house to take some quiet walks. The hot tub was clean and a big hit as well. We would definitely recommend staying at this house!

Amazing Stay

Group of six adults and five children stayed for five nights - we wish we could have stayed longer! Phenomenal house in a great location. Absolutely loved everything about our stay at this lovely home.

Great vacation rental

We stayed at this lovely home near the parks. The hosts were very informative and kind. The space was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking supplies, in addition to some spices and oils. The hot tub was a big plus after days of hiking. It was a 30 min drive to Zion and a 60 min drive to Bryce. We had a great time and would definitely recommend a visit.

Group trip to Zion

Really great house, well stocked with amenities. There's a trail to some nice mountain views out back. The house is 40 minutes away from the main south entrance to the park.

Beautiful, spacious house for family reunion

We had a wonderful time on our annual national park trip reunion. We had grandparents and young kids and everyone enjoyed the spacious house, especially the kitchen and common area. Easy distance from Zion, Bryce and the red slot canyon tours.

The property is stunning. It’s a short drive to the east entrance to Zion. House was clean and stocked with everything we could think of. I would highly recommend to anyone going to the area.

Most Enjoyable Trip!

One of our best experiences to date! Everything was top notch- cleanliness, full stocked kitchen, hiking trails and the whole Ponderosa experience! Zion and Bryce were incredible and being able to come back to the gorgeous home was the cherry on top. Also, the most communicative and kind hosts you could ask for!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful and all the little extras made our stay excellent. Communications with the owners was also excellent. Second time better than the first!

This was our second time staying at the property… The hosts are absolutely amazing, the property is gorgeous, the location is stunning. We’ve been in the middle of snow, and this trip we went in the middle of summer both experiences completely different, but equally as beautiful. Easily accommodates our large group of family and friends.

Best VRBO experience so far

We met some of our family for a Thanksgiving week in the Zion/Bryce area. The home was perfect for us. A well designed home with thoughtful amenities. The host(s) warm, welcoming and professional. Trails out the back door with great views. Area is secluded but that’s what we wanted! I wish it were closer so we could stay more frequently.

Peaceful, spacious and relaxing

There were 4 adult couples and our stay was 5 nights while we explored Bryce, Zion and the area. We liked that we were in a quiet area, about 30 minutes outside the East Gate. Everyone had privacy while able to share time together in the well equipped kitchen, dining outside and watching football in the family room. Our last day, we drove 10 minutes to hike the East Rim out to Overlook Point - stunning and a great reminder after riding E-bikes in the Zion valley. Would stay here again, thanks to our hosts!

Amazing House!

Wow! This house was gorgeous!!!! The pictures don’t do it justice, it feels even more spacious than the photos.The check in process was super easy and they even let us know we could check in early because the house was ready. The house was FULLY stocked, from the kitchen to the garage with games. We had the chance to meet the managers and they were super friendly! We saw so much wild life driving to and from Zion, the kids loved it! We also checked out the Ponderosa Lodge that is super close to the house, what a cute family owned large, I highly recommend checking it out!

Sibling reunion

our stay at this lovely home was amazing!… The kitchen is better stocked than my own! :-) The two managers, Logan and “amor absolutely amazing and so fabulous to work with ! We will be back! The beauty of this home and the comfortability of it was only second to the magnificent and magical mountains of Zion national Park and Bryce Canyon! The eight of us had an amazing time!

What a fantastic property, everything was as described and prepared to exacting standards. The house in centrally located in easy reach of Zion and Bryce. Absolute perfection!

We attended a wedding at Zion Bella Vista and the location of this home was perfect, just .4 miles away.The house is just beautiful - even better than the pictures!! We couldn’t have asked for a better home to stay in with a larger family. It was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the hosts, Kraig and Logan, were accommodating, responsive and on top of everything. Logan even called and directed two guests to the house the first night. The hot tub and beds (super comfortable and cozy) were amazing and, after a long day of hiking, were a welcome sight. Speaking of hiking, the close proximity of several trails, including a view of Checkerboard Mesa, was super convenient. It was wonderful not having to drive to see beautiful vistas. If you are visiting Zion, don’t hesitate to book this home!! I’m looking for a reason to go back!

Ultimate Utah Vacation

We had the best time at this beautiful home. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. It snowed unexpectedly on our trip and the hosts came by to sweep down the deck and clear the driveway to make sure that the grounds were safe for us. Trying to figure out a way to return to Utah and stay at the house again. Thanks so much!

Lovely Comfortable Home

This home is fantastic. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. 3 of us in the family do a lot of cooking. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of amenities like a crock pot, waffle maker, blenders, cooking utensils, etc. They have a hot tub which we used frequently. The ping pong table was great for the kids. The surrounding area is so peaceful and relaxing.
