In the district of Hôpital 4 km from the centre of Ordonnac, 8 km from the centre of Lesparre, 68 km from the centre of Bordeaux, in a sunny position, 29 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: large, well-kept garden 1'700 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and alarm system. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 8 km, bus stop "Route de l'hôpital" 600 m, sandy beach "Le Pin Sec" 29 km.
"Les Lavandiers", 4-room house 100 m2. Comfortable and rustic furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and TV (flat screen), radio and CD-player. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, 2 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Large terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (7). Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
