I had a fantastic stay! The hotel is even nicer in person than it looks in the online photos. My room was spotless, comfortable, and overall perfect. The staff was very nice and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Standard Swedish hotel with higher standards

Very central hotel with a walking distance to most touristic attractions in centrum. Lies next to the train station. Clean and comfortable and lives up to Swedish standards regarding cleanliness and style. Breakfast was good, but maybe not fantastic. Would still recommend.

The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. It was a pleasant stay. I just wished for a hotel this size that it would offer parking. There is a lot 50 meters outside but throughout the country you have you download and app and pay for it that way. There are not too many spots to park since there are a few buildings and businesses that share this lot.

The hotel was perfectly fine, good breakfast, nice touch with the heated lamps over the bread. Parking situation though is very confusing, we stood outside for over 10 minutes trying to park the car right. They do have a map at the entrance, but if you don't know that, and you're trying to park your car before going in, it's not helpful. Pillows could be upgraded to something that isn't 2 tiny flat pancakes.

Convenient location close to Orebro Central train station and bus station (including airport bus stop). Within walking distance to Orebro castle, Svampen, Wadkoping (old town) and Sobi (a pan Asian restaurant). Free wifi, tea, coffee and water available from ground floor, decent gym in basement with weights, weight machines and cardio equipment, and great breakfast (7-11). Storage room available to leave luggage after check-out if needed. Room service (including cleaning) is not assumed and must be requested from reception. Staff were friendly and helpful (including reception, reception and bar staff). I very much enjoyed my two night stay there during midsummer.

Good hire in a good location

A nice modern hotel in a good location. There is no parking, but the station car park is nearby and reasonably priced. Breakfast is really busy. You have to book a time slot. I’d prefer it to have to commit to a time - my primary reason for booking a hotel is the flexibility it offers. On arrival there was a queue of people waiting to check in as the receptionist had gone to run an errand so we had to wait a little.

Check in problems

Stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and overall had a good stay. However, there were major issues with our check in on the Saturday afternoon- from waiting almost 2 hours (past check in time of 4pm) for our room to be ready, being promised an upgrade for the time and not receiving it, and then having someone else walk into our room after he had been assigned the same room. It was one of the worse check ins I have ever experienced. We were eventually given a room upgrade on the Monday evening, which we accepted and appreciated. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms (both before and after upgrade) were great.
