Patriot Place near BYU, UVU, MTC

We are located just 10 minutes west of Utah Valley University (UVU), Brigham Young University (BYU), an the Missionary Training Center (MTC). The grand mountains trails, sites, and hiking are just minutes away to the east. Salt Lake City is a 35 minute ride and the Frontrunner train will get you there with no traffic. There is shopping and dining along University avenue, which includes the University Mall. Utah lake is 5 minutes to the West and the IMAX theatre is close by for entertainment.

You will enjoy a pleasant stay in a large home basement apartment which boasts 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The place is completely furnished with two Queen size beds, sofa and love seat, computer desk, a 65 inch UHD TV, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and eating untesils and plates. There is free WIFI, and cable. You will enjoy your arrival by using the keyless electronic private entry door. This place comfortably accommodates four guests and extra beds are available for more guests.

Clean, comfortable, and great owners!

This was a great last minute find and we appreciated the owners allowing us to book only a day ahead! It was very clean and comfortable and furnished with high quality items. The owners kept the A/C really cool, which was a plus and were very accommodating, but not intrusive. It was a bummer that the basement didn't have a kitchen or sink, which was fine for this stay, but when I read the prior review of a fully stocked kitchenette, I assumed there was a kitchen;) I was caught off guard when the owner required that he take a picture of both my husband and my driver's license, upon arrival, for security purposes. I did not feel this was appropriate and haven't ever had that requirement before. Is that even within legal limits of the situation to rent from vrbo? There is a book of rules and regulations upon arrival that really should be posted online, prior to booking. The rules were fine with us and fit into our intentions, but others may feel differently. Overall a great stay!

Basement was clean and had lots of space. Owners were very nice. We had privacy and complete freedom to come and go as we pleased.

Perfect Stay

This property is lovely. It is in a quiet new subdivision with easy access to BYU and Provo. Everything in the apartment is high quality. There is a large spacious living area, fully stocked kitchenette, bathroom and two comfortable bedrooms. My daughters and I felt right at home. August was great to work with and made us feel welcome. We look forward to our next stay at The Patriot Place.
