They made her birthday unforgettable! They sang “Happy Birthday,” extended her celebration for 9 more hours, gifted her balloons, a birthday tiara, and even more surprises. She couldn’t stop smiling and saying, “This is the best birthday ever!” My heart was so full. A huge thank you to Glenda, Austin, the receptionist team, Engineering, the Chef & Waiter, the Sparkle Crew, and the incredible General Manager, Scott. The mountain view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, especially in the early mornings. And I have to say… my favorite place was the bathroom. They truly thought of everything! From the perfect makeup mirror to the tub with a built-in seat, it felt luxurious, comfortable, and so well-planned. There are so many more things I can rave about — like the GM decorating cookies and the receptionist with my daughter, staff taking our pictures, and even watching my daughter for a quick moment while I ran to grab something I left on the mini golf cou"

"The room is huge and there is a giant Jetted Tub in the suite, make sure you ask for the room with the deck if that’s what you want, the ad showed a room with a deck but you have to ask for that one specifically. "
