"Booked all inclusive with balcony, was informed upon arrival that on the first night I would have a room with NO windows. All inclusive is not all inclusive, they have said this is one drink with your dinner. There is no specific menu for dinner, the waiter will tell you what they can offer which is generally one main course. On the morning of day 2, I was moved to the correct room, however I wasn't informed that this was beside the building site and was woken up at 8am on a Saturday morning. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, for the price that was paid, I would have gotten closer to the centre and better staff. Have asked to speak with a manager and was informed there the manager does not have a set schedule and comes and goes as he pleases."

"We booked this very late minute after a long flight delay. On arrival at the hotel they did not have the Expedia booking, and no free rooms, but the staff were quick to sort this out for us. Really friendly staff who made our stay very pleasant."
