"We booked three rooms for a family. They were on different levels and not clean (hairs on the ground, garbage in the room). No kitchen, just a fridge. On the good side is the new and free washing machine. The way to the city is walkable. The highway is very loud - you can't have the windows open... Parking is a mess - they have a garage but it is allways blocked by owners or handymans cars. An absolute no-go is that the owner was in the room while we were away and that all rooms have the same...

"First off, while the pix of the property are not dishonest, they are much nicer than the actual property is. It’s more of an upscale hostel or a “motel” than a proper hotel. Having written that, the hotel is kept very clean and the staff are friendly. My room was cleaned every day. There really are no amenities at all. There’s a bar downstairs. For the money though, I don’t have any complaints. "

Mr.Behar Male is a gentleman with excellent communication skills. He speaks from the heart, not through the numbers. Meanwhile Mrs. Eva Male is a brilliant general manager who is able to address any issues in perfect manner. The final words: try to stay in Maritim Hotel Plazza. You will not disappointed. Me and my wife did spend almost 3 weeks and never get anything wrong. Who stays at Plazza, staying at “heart” of Tirana! Just try!"
