"Great location"

"The location was very convenient for the Viaduct in Auckland. The communication from the management team was really poor. The instructions for parking need to be made clearer especially directions to the lift access on Level 3. We had to drag suitcases up stairs as we didn't know where the lifts were situated. If you're an overnight stay, you should have more detailed instructions."

Bedrooms were off the main living areas and the loft was a private hideaway. Sky Tower was beautifully lit up every night and there is so much to see from the high level of this building… this property is very secure and the pool is a plus! … There are also so many places to explore within walking distance."

"Very clean and comfortable. Good bed and shower. Plenty of good quality linen. For a longer stay clothes storage might be an issue as most of the wardrobe (could do with more hangers), bedside tables and chest of drawers were taken up with the owner's personal belongings. Our stay was 2 weeks so we kept our suitcases open on the bed in the other bedroom (which is not included in the let). "This is a great spot for a group holiday stay. It is close to multiple beaches (but I would recommend driving rather than walking to them). The house has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Jason is a very responsive and kind host."
