Besonders übel war, dass die Agentur sich einfach nicht gemeldet und auch nicht auf meine Anfragen reagiert hat. As the apartment is in use for short periods only we did have some issues with the plumbing as well as getting stuck in the bathroom so things could do with a bit of a regular service and oiling to prevent issues arising with guests.
