Excellent New Years

Thanks Again, this place is just as advertised, location is perfect, easy check-in process. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to the Island. The place is larger than we expected, full 1 bed with spacious living and kitchen, didn’t cook during stay as the convenience of the village restaurants are only a few minutes of a walk.

Great place on the beach

Nice clean property steps away from the beach. It was so nice not to have to lug stuff a long way to get to the beach. It was also nice in the evenings walking to nearby restaurants

Great property

Location is perfect. Near food, restaurants and most importantly the beach!Property was as described. Compact but good for our needs. Unit was well equipped with basic needs, including water for until you can get to the store. Love having washing machine so we can pack light! Property management kept in touch throughout stay with information regarding local conditions. Pool is perfect for a quick dip on a hot day. Would happily stay here again!

Seriously AT the Beach

We fully enjoyed the property, the location and the proximity to the beach, dining and convenience store. It is perfect for two and well equipped. We stayed 2 weeks and would absolutely stay again. The communication was excellent on checking in and checking out and responsive if we had a question. Well done!

Return to SXM after Covid

This property is very comfortable and has walking access through a locked gate directly onto Orient Beach. We will definitely return to this apartment on future visits to Orient Beach!

Good things: near the beach and restaurants, nice compound and swimming pools. Negative things, very uncomfortable furniture designed by someone who never sat on a chair. Poor management style: When the toilet broke we were told to use a bucket! When the terrace shutter jammed closed we were told we could escape through the window in case of a fire. Repairs were done but both the toilet nor shutter were not fixed. When we expressed our unhappiness with thumbs down emojis we were cut off. Television was also not connected at all, no cable or channels. This apartment overall needs a lot of work and thus we give it a poor rating
